Orders shipping within the United States typically takes 1-2 business days.

SHIPPING
How will my order ship?
We normally ship all domestic orders USPS. International orders are shipped through DHL.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping Cost:
Domestic shipping is a flat rate of $10. Orders over $200 ship for free.
Processing and handling takes 1 to 2 business days. Orders shipped domestically normally take 2 to 3 business days to arrive.
All orders placed before 3 pm PST are shipped the same day.

Orders can be canceled before they're packaged—once orders are packaged and processed they cannot be cancelled. Once we give a package to USPS, UPS or DHL we are no longer responsible for it. All orders are insured against damage by the shipper.
How do I track my order?You will receive an email notifying you once your order has shipped. The email will include a unique parcel tracking number and also a Tracking Link. To review your order status click on that tracking link provided by USPS or from their official website(https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction_input) You can track your order with the tracking number.
It can take a few days following order shipment before the tracking number becomes active on the courier's system. If the information is not available please try again later. Please rest assured that the estimated shipping time is valid regardless of the tracking site updates.

Understandable! Please reach out via phone or email and we'll take any measurements you might need. Don't be shy.
My size is sold out. When will you have more?
Good question. If it's a seasonal item (say, wildly-patterned shorts) we aren't likely to get more. If you're looking at something more evergreen, we might place a reorder.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
We're fortunate to stock a lot of terrific brands that really stand by their product. In short—most of our vendors have their own warranty programs. If something is obviously defective please bring it on by.
RETURNS
What is your return policy?
We hope you are happy with your new stuff. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. Please see below for more information on our Return Policy.
The item I ordered doesn't fit. Can I exchange it for something else?
If we have your size, absolutely. Please write us at info@windthrow.store and we'll get the process started.
I received the wrong item. What should I do?
Whoops! Accidents happen and apologies are in order. Please contact us via phone or email and have your order number ready. We'll fix things up.
